OUT OF THE WOODS

“Let yourself be free. It may hurt, but soon you’ll see.”

It’s Christmas and Ivy is wondering why her big brother Zac is always locked away in his room. Escaping from her slightly deranged mother, she tries to get Zac to let her in. Bewildered, she discovers that Zac has been spending all his time in an imaginary forest of his own creation. When Zac brings Ivy into his world, she realizes that Zac has built the forrest to escape reality and it is in actuality a dangerous trap. Ivy tries to release him from the woods so he can come to grips with his own feelings, as painful as they may be. 
A moving animated musical about family and supporting loved ones through depression.
